Question: Can the castle be out on concrete, tarmac etc?

Answer: No, we do not put castles onto hard surfaces as they can not be securely anchored down and so may become a danger in high winds.

Question: What time will the castle arrive / be collected?

Answer: Castles are delivered the morning of your hire or sometimes the evening before during busy periods. The castle will be collected than evening form 7.30 onward. you will be given a definite time the day before your hire which will be decided according to our delivery route.

Question: Is there a discount if I book for 2 days?

Answer: Yes the second day hire is half price.

Questions: Can weather effect castle?

Answer: Yes, particularly high winds. Castles are not permitted in winds higher than 24mph according to EU regulation EN-14960. In the case of forecasted high winds on the day of your hire the hire may be cancelled and rescheduled for another day. Rain does not effect the castle or the motors however, it may make the castle more slippery so extra supervision will be needed to ensure the safety of the children using the castle.
